Vagabond celebrates the expansiveness of the Vietnamese experience in America, rooted in the DMV. This project was made possible with support from Wherewithal Grants, a regional regranting program of the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts administered by Washington Project for the Arts and a grant from the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities.
